I selected at install time desktop experience - No Sound working - (yet) but who really needs sound on a server !!! otherwise everything else is working with fast networking - use the vio option for network adapters if on KVM.

Working - use the virtio disk from fedora to get video resolution correct - Attach to the VM and use the W2k19 driver - still works on this server. I'd like to see if this server will arun some Windows desktops - not sure though about "Client licenses" -that's another issue though. The reason for that rather than Windows itself is that with IOMMU and VFIO built into Linux kernel pass thru is fairly straight forward and running nested / 2nd level VM's on KVM is mega more efficient than attempting to run 2nd level VM's on a standard Consumer grade (e.g W10 Pro) host. Sounds interesting - will have a go with this -and attempt to run it as a VM on my Linux KVM system (ArchLinux).
